This Christ Care group, is dedicated to individual spiritual growth. The primary mechanism that we use for Spiritual Growth is "Biblical Equipping" as defined by Stephens Ministries. It is through biblical equipping that the group members incorporate Jesus' teachings into their everyday lives. Bible study gives us knowledge. Biblical equipping helps us put that knowledge to practice.

During the past year we have been studying Prayer. What it means. Where, when and how it is done.

The importance of praying for other people is often under estimated. Though it is not up to us to decide what other people need in the spiritual sense. It is important to pray for them. To be in touch with their joys and sorrows. It is through intercessory prayer that we can demonstrate our "love for our neighbor" and move away from the self centeredness that is often referred to as original sin.

This small group is open to visitors and additional members we meet on the second and fourth Sundays of the month at 5:30-7:00 in room 604. If you are interested in this group please call the church office.
